Neal Ragan and his crew finishing up this beautiful log cabin high on the mountain in Southwest Virginia overlooking Mount Rogers, Whitetop, Virginia Creeper Trail, and Appalachian Trail.
These are the biggest logs I have seen. Each log fits perfectly. This is not just the run of the mill log cabin, there are many unique features, such as the footers; they are formed with tracks built in the concrete for water to drain away from the house.
There is even a track in the footers for radon to escape if ever needed.
All foundation walls are solid concrete which took special forms to pour them.
